The state of South Carolina started requiring everyone to be licencsed to perform home inspections. I, Jarrod Goforth, was one of the first teachers on how to pass the home inspection state exam in the Columbia area. One of the best ways to tell how long a person has been doing inspections is to ask them what there license is. The lower the number the longer the person has been doing home inspections.
